Coffee At Your Wedding brings a bespoke wedding café to celebrations across Orange County, Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, Palm Springs, Temecula and San Diego. Our mobile coffee and ceremonial matcha bars serve third-wave Colombian and Guatemalan coffee, hand-whisked Uji matcha and fully custom branding — poured by experienced baristas with gracious, white-glove hospitality.

With more than 15 years in hospitality and three Southern California café locations, we know luxury lives in the details. To protect them, we accept a limited number of weddings each year.

Do you offer both coffee and matcha catering?

Yes. Couples can choose an espresso bar, a ceremonial matcha bar, or a complete café experience featuring both. Guests order drinks individually, much like visiting a specialty coffee shop.

Can you create a custom coffee bar for our wedding?

Yes. We customize the café experience around your wedding aesthetic. Depending on the package, customization can include the bar, menu, cups, signage, your names or monogram, signature drinks and other branded details.

How many wedding guests can you serve?

We design service around weddings of every size. Staffing, equipment, menu and service duration depend on your guest count and event schedule. For larger weddings, we plan the café operation specifically to maintain drink quality while serving guests efficiently.

Can you serve iced coffee and iced matcha?

Yes. We serve both hot and iced beverages. Iced lattes and iced ceremonial matcha are especially popular for outdoor, spring and summer weddings in Southern California.

What areas do you serve?

We provide wedding coffee and matcha catering throughout Southern California, including Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Irvine, Costa Mesa, Orange County, Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Santa Barbara, Palm Springs, Temecula, Rancho Santa Fe, La Jolla and San Diego, as well as Nantucket and Cape Cod.
